I live in Richmond, VA, and Big Dumb Suckers was started straight out of my home kitchen about as "local" a business as you can get. Recently, as demand has increased, I have moved to a location that provides the means for increased production. For the past twenty years, I have worked in the food and beverage industry but have always dreamed of coming up with that one good idea that would allow me to strike out on my own. Take those two “ingredients”, add a little crude humor and a healthy dose of sarcasm, and you have Big Dumb Suckers.
Now, some may consider Big Dumb Suckers to be a novelty candy company, which is fine. But if you ask me, I prefer to say that it’s a custom candy company, willing to take special orders and to meet any challenge in order to fulfill the clients’ needs.
I am certainly open to filling custom orders and special requests if it is possible. I hope to have at least piqued your curiosity and look forward to further discussing this exciting business opportunity with you.
